Banana Lumpia

I really love eating different kinds of food and guess you do love to eat too, wanted to share this food called "Lumpia" cooked by my wife "Gecell".

Banana Lumpia is also called as "Toron" in our local dialect which is "Cebuano Language", made of Banana of course from the name itself it is obviously a banana. It was very delicious and best to eat any time especially at 10:00 o'clock in the morning and 3:00 o'clock in the afternoon because it is the best time to take a break and eat our snacks. We've ate this Food earlier at 5:00 o'clock in the afternoon when I went home very tired and hungry from work.

This is just a simple and amateur way of cooking "Toron" because we are not a professional chief cook, we are just and ordinary people who want to cook using our dirty kitchen not like the professional cook who used expensive kitchen utensils and at the same time the ingredients are much expensive.

How to cook Banana Lumpia or "Toron" 

• Ingredients :

1. Banana Fruit (Saba Banana)
2. Brown or White Sugar
3. Lumpia Wrapper
4. Oil

Knowledge About Motorcycle Documents

Most ordinary people doesn't know the importance of documents after purchasing or being fully paid of their chattel mortgage from the motorcycle dealer / company. I've talk to some people here in our place who owned a motorcycle vehicle where most of them already paid their motorcycle but they do not have the original documents on them and they just took it for granted until they get advice from other people who knew or have the knowledge about vehicle documents. Even buying second hand unit or vehicle from a friend, relatives or from other people we need to know and request all the important documents to avoid risk because a lot of bad people / criminals taking advantage to other people especially if they knew that their buyer have less knowledge on the document part.

I am one of those people who have no knowledge or should I say less knowledge with it comes to important documents a vehicle owner should have. These following documents should be in your hands, or in you drawers, safety place in your house and should be keep safe for security purposes of your property.

Those are the three (3) most important documents you should claim from the motorcycle distributor if you already paid the full amount of the chattel mortgage for you to claim that the motorcycle is yours and no other individual will claim that they owned your vehicle because you doesn't have the proof of your ownership.

Do not forget to check / review all the field and information written in the documents like your Name Spelling, Chassis and Engine Number of the CR is similar to the vehicle and of course the latest and not expired OR.

Note:

Most of motorcycle distributors here in the country (Philippines) can not release or give to their customers those important documents including the plate number of the vehicle so it is up to you to always check / follow up about your documents if you want to get those important documents. The more you monitor and follow up to them the faster the processing and release of your papers. Most of personnel are lazy if the customer will not insert effort to follow up at their office and that's one of the reason why some owners doesn't have the original documents on them because they did not monitor the supplier / company. So, better do some hard work if you want security and peace of mind, confident that no one will ever claim your property (Vehicle). 

Couple Misunderstanding

Couple Misunderstanding

It's been 2 days and 2 nights already where we're having misunderstanding with my partner ( wife ) which I never thought it would reached this long period of time and this is the first time we've never talk to each other for 2 days. It was so sad but I know this has a very big reason for us to learn and be strong, become more responsible and hope to love each other more than before after we can surpass / solved this problem.

I hated this situation but I sacrificed my feeling and forced myself not to settle this misunderstanding while deep inside my heart was struggling and fighting because I do have a soft heartened which is very easy to be pity to other people especially for love ones. I am a person who is a giver and a for giver and forget everything which was part of the past.

Why I need to do this?

I mean, why do I need not to pity my partner?

Why do I need to force myself to have a heart of stone to her?

The answers are:

I need to change something in our life, I need changes, improvements in our relationship because I feel like not growing in terms of taking care of one another. Not all the time because we all know we really care for our partner/love ones but sometimes due to too much confident that we think our partner will always understand us though we did wrong thing, we never notice or feel that we hurt her or him.

I want my wife/partner to learn more things especially taking care of us, me or in the future when time comes that we will be having our children. I wanted to teach her how to do all the important things as a good wife to her husband because sometimes a person don't know those simple things or responsibilities of a wife to her husband and family.

I don't want to remain on this kind of relationship in which a person will never argue even his/her partner is in the wrong side or doing wrong. I wanted her to realize her mistakes because I am doing the same thing to her. I don't want to tolerate mistakes anymore, it needs to be corrected but due to a persons attitude of being a hard headed this should need an argue and that's the time "misunderstanding" will invade both of us or you.

To Know More

I choose to put this blog a title of "To Know More" because I know most people wanted to know more about different kind of things, learn some unusual and not common matters, well I am starting to have an interested about knowing people's life, how they live and especially relationships to their families and other people around.

A lot of different kind of life stories such as relationship of couple, friendship, lovers and a lot more which I wanted to learn more. I found it very interesting, and wanted to learn more on handling relationship with my family and especially to my partner.

At the same purpose why "To Know More" is the name of this blog of mine because I want to share some of my knowledge to all who can read and visit this blog. I am not a professional blogger or writer but just wanted to share and express my self and the knowledge I've learned.
